Why not raise after the quarterly , because its a shocker.

We have non-binding commitments for far more shares than we want to issue from those nice Institutional and private investors but we would prefer our existing shareholders (suckers) to own them. How about the management and directors take up even 50%, that would indicate to the market this company is the real deal.
