OK jokes aside- this is good news in terms of a private placement at 1.2c which underpins the shareprice and puts a floor underneath this - secondary to that is this allows DVI to complete the acquisition of ibuynew as per the announcement !

I now expect the share price to move back up as the dilution caused by the issuing of the shares is ok due to the fact that it was to purchase an asset- its different if it were to pay the bills

IMO anything now under 2c is a bargain - well done to the savvy management team at DVI - im looking forward to the future
