I suppose overall things appear to be falling into place.I guess you can wait to see if you can get some at 0.002 but that may or may not happen.Its a catch 22 because the selling may stop shortly once they have all of the stars aligned.You can wait to see how things pan out but you would not want to be chasing the stock to higher levels.I guess I just look at what the company has planned and announced and weigh the entry price.
