I don't know if I'm clutching at straws though in the noble oak announcement it said ' MDS to consider increasing its holding in NobleOak Life through acquisition of existing shares'
Than in the 3b this arvo the reason for the funds was stated as being strengthen the balance sheet and funding for a potential acquisition.
They may have there eye on the whole company??
