Two main shareholders coughing up 6c per share while the rest of us can participate at 5.5c - Nice.
Good to see another large fund taking a stake and also good to see RCF maintaining its percentage.
All up I like the announcement:
- secures funding
- we now have two major players as shareholders which strengthens the shareholder base
- removes many corporate uncertainties
Really looking forward to a positive future with this company - now that this is all sewn up let the drilling and subsequent JORC announcements begin.
