Hi Balt. What I meant by everyone was probably the same as "eligible shareholders". While eligible shareholders hasn't yet been defined it most likely just refers to shareholders as at the record date(which is yet to be announced). Also there are typically some ineligible shareholders that are living overseas, but this will all be spelt out in the details to come which they have made reference to.
i just read the announcement again and honestly couldn't have expected a better one which is a bit of a rarity amongst the many spec raisings.
I will certainly be taking up all of my entitlement and very happy for the opportunity.
