Capital Mining Limited (ASX: CMY) (‘Company’) is pleased to announce a placement to raise $2.54
million at an issue price of 0.7 cents per share.
This issue utilises the placement capacity approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 27 November 2015 and the balance of the Company’s 15% capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
