They aren't worth anything unless the stock price gets over 2c. That's a solid 33% return from here. And share price is at the cost of the placement shares for the sophs. Expect a pump at some point. If you're that worried about the options you could buy a few shares now and offload them after they pump it above 2c.
Besides I'd rather they raised $1m at 2c then more at 1.5c or below.
