It is taking longer because:
1. There is more demand for KOR magnesite which has meant that the proposed mining plan has had to be changed to 800,000t/year
2. The 3rd party processing agreements for CCM and DBM take longer to finalize than a simple DSO operation
So it is taking longer because management is working on a better deal.
Semi related: I was doing some research yesterday about Dutch magnesium producers. Korab has been talking to at least one Dutch entity for magnesium offtake agreement. Turns out Nedmag, the largest Dutch producer and processor of magnesium, has been having serious problems with its brine operations, the largest of which has recently been temporarily shut down, and the locals are not happy about these operations continuing.
I expect they will be part of the entities that will be offtaking Korab material
