I do believe that the INP board are favouring New gold coast holdings over Hayaat hence this direct placement to secure a 19.98% stake which shows their hand

Both should be conducting due diligence as announced prior and both are near the 20% threshold so something has to occur

That said INP needs to work at a commercial arms length with both parties hence the appointment of corporate advisors Piermont Capital

Very intriguing developments

Some research notes for INP holders and this is all IMO DYOR
