cant make sense what they are doing anymore, raise $100k last month at .17 , but now raise $250k at .15 (even paying costs on it), why are we giving discounts now after such a amazing "transformational deal? why didn't they do any roadshows prior to attract broker interest on the back of SPX find to boost the interest in the story, all these scrap placements seem to be in-house getting a bit tiring time to get broker support into the story
Confused on this deal, the new leases "Acquisition of High Grade Currans Find Gold Mining Leases" is 50-50 with RXL, so by the terms announced both VMC/RXL are paying the same in shares & cash, question now is does this lease fall into the up to 70% off stocktake sale deal? if it does why are we paying 50%-50% to then be left with 30% if RXL elect to go to 70%?
Next to see what they issue the vendors of the gold project the $2-3mil we have to pay, the deal is to be placed no lower then 15 no higher then .20, we've had 11 months to get the share price up to sustain a price above .20, with multiple good announcement over that time, to place this stock below .20 will be a big failure, hopefully they use the upcoming drilling at High Grade Currans Find to boost the share price before they issue any stock, still have till june/july before it needs to be issued, surely they wont issue it early while the price is low, then again after the "trasformational deal" probably will actually
