agree @Conrad4 , the strange timing of the friendly to RXL deal & the relaxed terms just dont understand it, my thinking watching spx was management will immediately start a minimum $500k drilling at surrounding leases any high grade hits would have re-rated vmc immediately & led to placing the vendors stock at .20 & getting vmcoa options well in the money, giving the company $10mil to work with once exercised, looks as they want to be a holding company with pieces in multiple projects 20% here, 30% there etc hoping one hits big & they reap the rewards when it has to be bought back, only issue with that strategy thats a very long term way & why arent they taking significant stock in the companies they are doing deals with to gain from share price re-ratings in those companies, they have options to get shares but no cap on the price, if rxl rerates to 3cents do we really want $1.5mil at 3 when it was trading at .008 not really, should have been capped at .01

we wait & see if management can deliver any share price re-rate anytime soon
