& its only 25mil + option of $1.5mil of shares if RXL go to 70% but no cap on price what the $1.5mil can be placed at, your also mixing up the 7.5mil share they go to Mr Taylor for recent aquired "currans find leases" not to vmc see recent announcement:
Having each paid a $5,000 deposit, ‐Venus will issue 450,000 VMC ordinary shares at a deemed issue price of $0.17 per share and pay $75,000 for its share of acquisition costs; and ‐RXL will issue 7,500,000 ordinary shares at $0.01 per share and pay $75,000, to Mr Taylor and MER, in equal shares at completion and settlement of the transaction. Completion is subject to the usual Ministerial consent.
