at the last annual report there are about 1700 share holders in ZEN If they all can (AU/NZ holders) and will ask for $15k of shares, that is $25 mill worth (1700 x 15,000 = $25.5 mill)
SPP is hard capped at $5 mill; so asking for $15k worth the holder may end up with only $3k (that is 1/5th)
I note the directors are not capped... they get their couple of million dollars worth
Now that all said, I have no idea what percent and $ amount SPP appliers will ask for. And one could argue 'why cap the SPP?'... if the max that can be grabbed by the retail holders is $25 mill, will not ZEN like to have that money
