I note that the previous placement that took place in only June of this year was also for 3.1c to raise approximately $19,000.oo, which leads me to the view that this placement may be going to the same entity as the previous placement.
Will be / would be interesting to see if any change in Substantial Holdings Notice is forthcoming.
As I stated previously, I just hope that this larger placement is now being made in anticipation of an early NOI
