    In so far as I understand it there's no cost for submitting the NOI and I am not sure if Korab will have to pay the reviewers anything at all.
    Anyway my recent conversations with Korab lead me to believe that Korab has all the data it needs and if all goes according to plan just needs one last review after all data has been added to the NOI.
