The board and leadership have been incompetent or at least guiding it into a downward spiral for a while, those things don't change without personnel change. They have even fewer assets than before (no engineers generating IP - they got rid of Tavares the one thing they had going for them in terms of generating IP - they are still leaning on his 5 year old plus patents) and no line of sight to owning real technology (it seems like SwarmDiver is at best leader). they are only getting enough money to keep the lights on and not turn this into a proper company (at a minimum hire more Engineers and ideally change leadership).
