No real harm done, otherwise it would hurt the directors, But the directors buying in at a 22.7% discount with the possibility of the share price recovering in the short term, with the release of some good results does seem like a form of tolerated insider trading. A bit of unease showing by the directors with the original announcement going with [THE capital raising ] instead of a capital raising
