Norwood to raise $200,000 via a Placement“Virtual Mobile Communications as a Service” pioneer Norwood Systems Ltd (“Norwood” or the “Company”) (ASX: NOR) is pleased to announce it has received firm commitments to raise $200,000 via the placement of approximately 66.7 million fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at $0.003 per Share (“Placement”) under its existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1Acapacity. Settlement of the Placement is to occur immediately.Net proceeds from the Placement are geared towards the Company’s ongoing working capital requirements.An appendix 3B and cleansing statement will be lodged shortly
