Thanks for the link.... Very interesting customer comments... there are also a ton of threads simply asking "when is visual voicemail coming to Optus?" And the comments in these threads are just as encouraging to NOR holders.... Some new Optus customers, after realising Optus does not offer Visual Voicemail, have gone to extraordinary lengths to break their contracts and move to Telstra just because they offered VVM....
