I'll just say what everyone is thinking, why raise $200k now if there is a cash up front deal about to be inked?
$200k is about a month of running costs. Is it just enough to get through to Feb when a better raise can be formulated or is it all they could manage? Or is it bridging until deal money?
I think it's probably Pinnacle again, but no mention of options confuses me. Why would they not seek the last cash injection terms they had which included options.
