September 2018 add 12 to 18 months.............September 2019 to February 2020 ( December 16 months , January 17 months , February 18 months )

IMO , once agreements are signed and sealed with more than likely both Oracle and Metaswitch happening very close to one another , the telcos who participated in the testing via the partnerships will become paying customers , it’s just a matter of your interpretation as to when it will happen and how many telcos participated in the testing for Oracle and Metaswitch . Again all in my opinion using information provided by Norwood and estimating the term several .
