NOR closes a CR about 1 week after.

My observations:
1. Each "big" Ann is followed by a CR event
2. The one telco deal closed by NOR did not require 12-18 months to close. Although it has been 12+ months since Spark closed and we have not seen implementation.
3. Oracle have been a partner of NOR for 2+ years. No one has been able to give an example of how an Oracle partnership works beyond NOR paying a Partner subscription
