Your 3rd point is hardly a point, when has Oracle ever done this previously?
I could say the same thing about any other tech giant but without history of this happening and happening somewhat frequently you'd be better off going down the takeover route (which Oracle has been known to go down, but as I have mentioned in a previous post I cannot see this occurring at a price that would be beneficial to them but also satisfy long time holders).
