If the next capital raise is used to expand the company creating new customers and revenue streams before a constant revenue stream can be established , why do some fear the idea or make out that its the end of the road ? If Oracle get cracking with new accounts and with establishment of new pilots , NOR will need to be prepared financially to act quickly and professionally rolling out their voicemail while being able to deal with any issues that may arise . As a shareholder of a small cap stock this is the exciting period where the company has clear direction and massive growth potential . In my opinion it certainly is not a time to fear .
