The goalposts are always moving with NOR.
The company itself keeps moving goalposts. When I arrived it was big 4 bank deals and Visa. Then it was World WiFi and loyalty. Now it's VM and Oracle?
None ever eventuate. Raised $35+m to survive.
On HotCopper the goal posts move too. First it's a deal in 2018. Then early 2019. Then Q3. Now Q4.
Goal post was a deal before consolidation and a CR. Nope.
Now it will be Q1 2020 goal posts for a deal.. then likely Q2 and on it goes
