By raising capital from Mum & Dad's and Instos.
The real question is, why, after multiple failures do certain parties continue to invest money in NOR, i can only think of 2 scenarios.
1 - They are chasing their losses and hoping to get out as soon as they are in green
2 - They believe that NOR's product offering is either going to be sold and they'll become a profitable business or they will be taken over for a premium in the not too distant future.
