I'm trying to verify the accuracy of your research. At the moment I can't without explanation from you. It lends to credibility of other research and your conclusions drawn. If it turns out that 67m are from the placement and 60m from general trade in a month (and not 250m) then your bolded 250M and 10% of the company traded statements with what I presume is a sarcastic 'nothing to see here' carries less weight.
