On the contrary, as ever with most of your posts, are you suggesting patents filed between 2012-2013 aka the patents list on NOR's own web site relate to VM?

In your response, you may consider the go to market strategy back then was Corona.

Further, in your response you may wish to consider defensibility of patents. That is, one cannot take out a patent x-years ago and say something like "a method for calculation" and therefore have an edge over every subsequent patent which contained any sort of calculation.

I have filed for and received more than 1 Patent. The process is basically:
1. Be as nebulous as possible in order to disguise one's true IP (a patent for meds for example, contains the actual recipe but tech does not contain the code)
2. Be as specific and yet as broad as possible in order to protect your core business and yet also protect some unseen vertical opportunity.

Critical thinking/deductive reasoning:
1. why are all, imo, NOR patents filed before the RTO
2. where are the latest filings which specifically relate to secure/VM etc

PS. Oracle would not ask NOR for their IP protection strategy. They would know themselves during Due Diligence. Just as any serious investor should too. Now.. about those who bought above $0.10 pre-consol?
