DD , I am not expecting a cash upfront deal , the wording to the condition was change to “ execute a binding agreement with global telecommunications company “ This agreement will most likely be with Oracle and it will involve details outlining a shared revenue proposal encouraging Oracles 150 sales team to market and sell Norwood’s offering to their existing clients . IMO
The placement will provide operational cash , but I think it will only last until the middle of January only , depending on how this company dishes out Christmas bonuses and holiday wages . A raise will be required near term . IMO
