I wonder what Loyyal brings to the party?

Use of Funds
'(c) for costs associated with the Company evaluating their investment in Loyyal
(including, without limitation, in respect of due diligence investigations) and of
maximising that investment'

That is, hiring consultants to evaluate whether to continue holding Loyyal, or sell and reinvest? In September we need to pay back the $424k. Where does this come from? Some options:

• another placement and dilution; becoming less and less likely
• CR to dummies; someone will buy
• income from Loyyal; will there be that much trading profit by September to have an additional 424k sitting in the bank?
• find funds to further integrate Wooboard with virtual currencies
• sell Loyyal and reinvest in Wooboard.

IMHO they're going to do the latter. All chips onto Wooboard.
