$500K cash injection and only 30.4M dilution - 670,900,0000 shares available is $2,012,700 market cap at 0.003.... and now they have $700-$800K K cash with an investment worth $5M+ at a MC currently at $2M..... with an investment that has proven to be growing..
The convertible notes can be paid back (from sale of loyyal) or converted at a potentially higher rate....at a reasonable interest rate.
