I suspect he knows only too well what is going on.
As an estimate, plug the data into Black Scholes and those calls are worth 0.04, so the winners of this CR just effectively paid 0.03/share for KAI that closed last Friday at 0.066. Yeah, mate, business is tough, so that's fair.
