Michael Moore’s nameappears because of a change in trustee of the Ripon Trust which has been ashareholder for some time. Previous trustee was lawyer Geoff Hosking.
Moore’s co-trustee isRobert Shaw one of the founders and currently Chief Strategy Officer. It’s allspelt out in the disclosure notice.
Doesn’t seem to be anychange in the shareholding percentage – 13.89% in the 2020 annual report.
