the board as it currently stands is not capable of carrying out an in country bfs or arranging the subsequent project financing which would be required. I know that is fixable but just sayin’
The main issue is that the shareholders that played games before are still around would play games again. That isn’t fixable. Maybe ask them to sign affidavits that they will stop being muppets? See what I mean- Just not gonna happen!
i sincerely wish that wasn’t the case but it is. Your best hope is to get sensible non execs like Tim and or Angus who bring years of experience and clearly have lots skin in the game and would at the very least bring an element of sanity to executive remuneration and the drive towards attainable milestones.
