    $3.2m went to a new substantial shareholder
    $0.8m went to an existing substantial shareholder
    That only leaves $0.4m for a bunch of miscellaneous sophs. Not a lot to wash through from non-sticky hands. Plus 8c is a good price. Good to have a capital raise without the price getting smashed post-raising.
