Personally I am pissed off they did not offer shareholders the SPP on the same terms as it ruins the relationship with the enthusiastic retail shareholders who support the liquidity of the stock. Institutional investors and family offices will dump the stock as soon as there is one setback whereas the long term retail shareholders have believed in the vision of the company through thick and thin.
