I appreciate where you are coming from.
But I believe that act is actually illegal as they are ripping the people off who don’t have the information that they are about to release another 400 million shares at .4… that immediately devalues the shares that they sold by 20% so the new buyers have just lost 20% of their investment to hand over to the sophisticated investor.

The definition of insider trading is “ the illegal practice of trading shares on the stock market to one’s own advantage through having access to confidential information”

Is this announcement marked as price sensitive? Well if so that is the definition of them breaking the law and the ASX would be all over them like white on rice.

There is also an assumption being made that the person who sold 50,000 million shares (total value of $250,000) is the same person as the sophisticated investors and it doesn’t really seem worth going to prison over when they can afford to invest $1.7 million it’s all good for thought, not saying anyone is correct in this situation but they are looking heavily into insider trading and manipulation of the stock market right now so it’s even a bigger risk to even look slightly like it thank you for your thoughts Jez
