it was a stupid share offering, only hours after telling the market we have potentially the biggest rare earth find they make a discounted offering, I bet if they had waited a few weeks they could have sold 20c shares with no need for options.
To me it says the directors are green.
Also I would have liked to see existing shareholders offered the shares, maybe 1 per 10 held, excess to be open to all takers after existing shareholders are served.
