This is fantastic news. Terra capital is very respected and are known for having a formidable track record in investing into successful small explorers/miners. Usually instos get a much much sweeter deal and bigger discount, here they literally raised more money at the same price as SHs with only extra oppies attached. This is very bullish, especially in current bear market where people dont want to give away their money unless they're confident in returns.
We now have 3m cash in the bank with several exciting prospects ready to be expedited! Market cap of 4-5m? Laughably cheap!
