The future of MMR prior to the Federal Court case looked terminal, the "win" there turns it around 180 degrees IMO. There a certain boxes to be ticked and I interpret this placement as another stepping stone in the process.

The outcome of PDF appeal will influence the quantum of the capital that MMR will need to raise to re-comply.

Current MMR holders will need to give some thought as to whether a forthcoming rights issue at, say, $0.0044 is something they are willing to embrace and financially support with the knowledge that re-admittance will depend on the success of such a raise.
