Simple - because (as I have stated before) the key ingredient needed to turn their projects into something of value is capital.
Having a little more now will allow them to move these forward a bit faster and then into deals that will create real value. So am happy to give up a bit more now to give the company more flexibility to get the AAM and Nachu moving.
