Not getting the quarterly out pre-open when it should be positive, shows this Company is still unprofessional and has a lot to improve on. It is the most basic form of investor relations and marketing, and not meeting deadlines is sloppy. They can of course release it during the course of the day, but if it is positive and likely to be price increasing, it should always be released pre-open.
I am now hoping this is not a sign the report is bad and they are trying to push it through during the day, and rather is just an indication they still require a lot of improvement.
