The divestment opportunity was there for a long time to reduce dilution. Why did they take the path of consolidations & ruining shareholder value? Because it was the easy ticket out. Trying to divest this thing involves actual work and discussions with counterparties which they don't have time for because they work at ARR and we are just their income supplement. Looks like that's why they brought PAC partners who would probably do an IPO spin off of the asset. It works well for them because they charge more 6% fees...
So as you can forecast already our actual management team are still not interested in actual work, they just decided to offload some work to PAC who are working for their best interests.
