Lenny my good man… I believe it was the 2023 Webinar, he specifically stated no capital raise through share offering..
In Feb 24th Webinar, he said it could not be ruled out and the language used then, was near to the same language that was used today in regard with needing capital for order buildout.
I am less than thrilled with the dilution. There is no way in hell this company will be a $1 dollar a share 1 billion market cap company IMO. Especially if they need to do this every time they build something.
So at some point there COULD be talk of a reverse split so as to rinse and repeat.
Much of it has to do with the slow industry acceptance of AM it seems.
As is said, “High risk, High reward”.
