Maybe these raises are more of an official record for the courts of how long the company has had to wait for a decision.
much easier to present to the courts…. We were told it was going to be a timely decision but we had to raise 1M on x, y, z etc
Im sure that would give the case even more clout??
Hopefully the courts won’t be needed and the government does the right thing
