    shitty show from Gary Philips, no disclosure on the Arna Pharma dispute until a sudden highly diluted CR to his buddy.
    If the potential is so good why didn't he try a premium CR from new, external fund?
    Destroyed shareholders value by 90% and being paid over $600k, always get free options and cash out immediately.
