even though this CR looks silly but cant get away with the fact that atleast they didnt do it at 2c and the brokers "evolution" only get their fees of 10 million options exp Nov25 at 8c, if I am correct and the investor guys coming in are sophisticated investors.. frankly though feel like kicking something as to why this CR was done coz they only needed to survive for next 2-3 months until the CRML escrow shares come out for sell in Feb..
