GMC last stated construction was 63%.

Given it took 36 months to get to 63%, I think its highly unlikely that they suddenly have an almost commissioned smelter.

I'm interested to see how much of the funds they received went to paying off debt, and how much money GMC is left with for 75% of the Project, any proceeds of which then needs to be split amongst the 5 billion shareholders....
