For those interested there is a plan for commercialisation and a timetable (although it's running about 1qtr behind schedule). There are no plans yet of how this will be funded (~US$15M per modular refining plant). This would be premature as we need to actually drill and find the He first and define the resource. This will be funded with the current ~A$12M cash on hand.
On the basis of probabilities, you'd be betting on BNL to prove up a commercially viable resource and hitting the market at a period of short He supply and record prices.
If multiple wells are confirmed with 2-8% He, which seems likely based on historical data and the water well program, then the SP will be higher and a CR or finance can be arranged to move into production.
